Refunds & Exchanges

• Given that our items are made to order, we are unable to provide refunds for orders where the error is not attributed to our responsibility. This includes instances such as ordering the wrong size, color, providing a wrong address or a change of mind.
• For approved refunds, you will receive a full refund in the form of store credit within 2 business days. For approved exchanges, a replacement item will be dispatched to you at no additional cost.
