Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Can I cancel my order?

Our products are made to order, and as such, once an order is placed, it goes into production promptly to expedite delivery.

Due to this quick turnaround, we regret to inform you that cancellations cannot be made once an order is confirmed.

We kindly ask you thoroughly review your order before finalizing the purchase. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We are pleased to provide free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Our primary shipping carriers include USPS, UPS, and DHL.

Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days. Please note that shipping estimates may be subject to occasional delays by the carrier. Kindly be aware that we do not offer refunds in the event of any unforeseen delays in the arrival of your order.

International Shipping:

Regrettably, at this time, we do not facilitate international sales or offer shipping services outside the United States. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any specific inquiries or concerns regarding shipping, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

We understands the importance of ensuring the safe delivery of your order. However, please note that once your order is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we, To Save 1 Life LLC cannot be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

In the unfortunate event that your delivery is missing or if the item is damaged due to shipping, we strongly recommend contacting us immediately. We will do our best to assist you and help resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are here to support you throughout the process.

Refunds and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

As all items are made to order and many of them are personalized, we are unable to offer refunds on orders if the error is not our responsibility. This includes if you ordered the wrong size, color or just simply changed your mind.
