Refund policy

We have a 30-day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Made-to-Order Items:

Given that our items are made to order, and many of which are personalized, we are unable to provide refunds for orders where the error is not attributed to our responsibility. This includes instances such as ordering the wrong size, color, providing a wrong address or a change of mind.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Refunds are not applicable to gift cards.

To initiate a refund, please use the following link: Request a Refund. Note that items sent back to us without prior request initiation will not be accepted.

Upon receiving your request, we will notify you of its status, whether approved or declined. If approved, you will receive a full refund in the form of store credit within 2 business days.

Should more than 2 business days pass since approval without the receipt of your refund, please contact us via our customer service email: service@tosave1life.com

For approved exchanges, a replacement item will be dispatched to you at no additional cost.
